INTERIOR

The interior of the house is finished to a very high standard and has the unique design of the open plan living area on the upper floor, and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor.  The upper floor consists of one large space, combining a large fitted kitchen with central breakfast bar/preparation area with sink; a dining table which seats 8, situated with windows on 3 sides to allow pleasant views over the ground; a living area consisting of 2 large leather couches, and 2 large papasan basket chairs, to allow plenty of comfort when watching the 42" plasma tv.  There is a supply of dvds and games suitable for all ages, and a range of reading books.  This area benefits from windows the full length of the wall, with a door leading out onto a balcony with seating.

Downstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms (2 king-size, 1 twin, 1 single).  One king-size room has a large en-suite shower room, the shower walls being built from glass blocks.  There is a  stunning black and white main bathroom (bath & shower) along with another  large shower room, which is situated off the boot room at the back door. The boot room contains the utility equipment, but also has facilities for storing outdoor wear (climbing/walking) and has overhead drying racks. 

EXTERIOR

The house is personally designed and built by the owner in a stunning New England style.  It sits in its own 4 acres of wild woodland which is great for the kids to explore. There is raised decking on 2 sides of the house, with one side situated under the balcony, perfect for shade as you relax in a deckchair and watch everyone else somersaulting on the 14' trampoline!  Or why not get cosy in one of the large basket chairs or hammock hanging from the trees....perfect for kids of all ages!

There is ample private parking at the front of the house, and a large grassy area around the rest of the house, which you will share with the local deer roaming around!

EXTRA INFORMATION

The current status is for 7 people, but extra guests can be added at a cost of £75 per head per week.   

• Baby packs containing cot, highchair, pushchair, baby monitors and stairgates can be rented (£25 per pack or £7 per item) 
• Bike hire can be arranged at www.tickettoridehighlands.co.uk
• Linen/towels are provided.
• You can organise a Tesco delivery (please arrange a delivery time for when you will be at the house).  
• Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
• Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture. The boot room is ideal as it is warm and comfortable.
• Please note you must vacate the house by 10AM sharp on your day of departure.

 NB Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with your booking. Balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date.

A good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

We can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
