General Information

Heath Gate is a luxury house built on the edge of the woods at The Heath.  It benefits from spacious rooms with fantastic views across the countryside, and onto the hills above the famous Loch Ness.   The downstairs is kept cosy by the wonderful underfloor heating provided by an eco-friendly air source heat pump.   

The upstairs comprises of a king size bedroom (ensuite), 2 twin bedrooms, an office/computer area, and large family bathroom.  The downstairs has a further kingsize bedroom, large shower room, utility room, and 15 metre long open plan living area comprising of a kitchen with breakfast area, dining area, seating area with large wood burning stove, and a sun porch.

Heath Gate has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard and is fully equipped with everything you will need for the perfect holiday.

Although still set into the woods, Heath Gate is more open at the front, allowing for stunning views of the local area.  The sun porch has also been well thought out as it contains glass windows all around, thereby allowing the sun in at all times.....the perfect place to sit and unwind with a good book!

 EXTRA INFORMATION

The current status is for 8 people, but extra guests can be added at a cost of £75 per head per week. 

• Baby packs containing cot, highchair, pushchair, baby monitor and stairgate can be rented (£25 per pack or £7 per item).
• Linen/towels are provided.
• You can organise a Tesco delivery (please arrange delivery for a time you know you will be there) 
• Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
• Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bedrooms. The utility room is ideal as it is warm and comfortable.
• A large basket of logs is provided but extra bundles can be purchased at house for £5 each.  
• Bike hire can be arranged at www.tickettoridehighlands.co.uk
• Please note that you must vacate the house by 10AM sharp on your day of departure.

NB Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with your booking. Balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date.

A good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

We can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
